The “Three Legs Purchase and Win” contest will run from 1st March 2020 to 30th April 2020 (“Contest Period”). Wen Ken Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”) reserves the rights to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice. All entries received after the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.
This contest is opened to all Malaysia, aged 18 years old and above (as 1st March 2020). The employees and immediate families of the Organizer, including its affiliated and / or related companies, their distributors, advertising and promotion agencies are not allowed to participate in this contest.
The qualified participant can sent in as many entry. Each Participant is eligible to win only ONE (1) prize for this Purchase and Win Contest.
Criteria of selection will be based on the slogan submitted.
The Organizer reserves the automatic right to disqualify any incomplete, illegible, disfigured and late entries or entries without the right proof of purchase.
The eligible winners will be notified by formal written letter and telephone call.
Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason.
By participating in this contest, Participants consent to provide their personal information and the Organizer reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ name and/ or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/ or trade without further compensation or notice and each Participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organizer.
Organizer reserves the right to amend, delete or add the Terms and Conditions of this contest without any prior notice at any time and the Participants shall be bound to such changes.
Organizer’s decision is final. Correspondence will not be entertained.
Organizer collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with you. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organizer and is used to fulfil your request in relation to this contest.
If participant inform the Organizer that the information should not be used as a basis for further contact, Organizer shall respect your request. Thus, the participant information will not be shared with other companies or partners for their independent use.
