The Giveaway is organized and managed by Rohto-Mentholatum Malaysia (also named as “the Organizer”) and will be conducted on the following Terms and Conditions:

By entering this giveaway, participant(s) is agreed to be bound by these rules.

The giveaway period: Thursday, 14th January 2021 (Time: 10.00am) until Thursday, 21st January 2021 (Time: 11.59pm).

How to Win:

• The giveaway will be mentioned through Guardian Malaysia Facebook page.

• Step 1: Like Guardian Malaysia & Sunplay Malaysia Facebook pages.

• Step 2: Tell us what is the net weight for each product in the Beauty Box

• Step 3: Tag TWO (2) BFF to join this giveaway! Don’t forget to share this post out!

Prizes:

• Limited Edition Sunplay Skin Aqua X Snoopy Beauty Box (includes 1 x Skin Aqua UV Whitening Moisture Gel 80g and 1 x Skin Aqua UV Watery Gel 80g).

• Total of 10 units to be given away.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash prizes and non-refundable

Winners Selection:

• Each entry submitted will be considered as ONE (1) submission. Participant entries will be selected at random and is subject to the Organizer’s decision

• All of the Organizer’s decisions in connection with this giveaway shall be final, conclusive and binding.

• All participants shall agree to abide by the Organizer’s decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this giveaway.

• For the avoidance of doubt, participants agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by the Organizer in connection with the giveaway.

• Winners will be notified within 1-2 months after giveaway ends.

• Prize(s) shall be delivered directly to the address provided by winner(s).

• If the winner is unable to be contacted, the organizer reserves the right to select another winner based on the judging criteria.

• If the winner is uncontactable or contact was attempted, Rohto Mentholatum Malaysia reserves the right to select an alternative winner for the giveaway.

• The Organizer reserves the right to select to another winner based on the judging criteria

Other Terms:

• Eligibility: This giveaway is open to Malaysia residents only.

• Employees of Rotho Mentholatum (M) Sdn Bhd, its subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising/marketing agencies part of the SUNPLAY Skin Aqua X SNOOPY Beauty Box Contest January 2021 and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses), are not eligible to participate.

• All of the Organizer’s decisions in connection with the giveaway shall be final, conclusive and binding. All participants shall agree to abide by the Organizer’s decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this giveaway. For the avoidance of doubt, participants agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by the Organizer in connection with this giveaway.

• Any duplication of entries will be automatically disqualified.

• Rohto-Mentholatum Malaysia will not be responsible for entries that are incomplete or have invalid information.

• Rohto-Mentholatum Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any participants without notice at any point of the giveaway or after should he/she be found to have not fulfilled the pre-requisites of the giveaway prior to participation.

• Rohto-Mentholatum Malaysia will not be responsible for any technical error that occur during Internet access, telecommunications networks or any prevention of entry to the giveaway.

• Rohto-Mentholatum Malaysia reserves the right to amend the prizes, in the event of any without prior notice.

• Rohto-Mentholatum Malaysia will not be liable to the winners for any loss, damage or personal injury in the process of joining the giveaway.

• Rohto-Mentholatum Malaysia will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• Participants may be required to participate publicly without further consenter payment. Participant’s name and entry details provided may be used by Rohto-Mentholatum Malaysia in any media.

• Rohto-Mentholatum Malaysia reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the rules of the giveaway without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either on Guardian Facebook page or in the Terms and Conditions.

• Rotho-Mentholatum Malaysia retains all proprietary right to the intellectual property contained within the Giveaway and owns the copyright to all content within.

• Participants’ personal details collected by Rohto-Mentholatum Malaysia will be kept private and confidential.
