· By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these rules. · Contest Period: #SplatAsia Surprise Giveaway! Contest shall commence from Tuesday, 9th June 2020 and will end on 11.59pm, Sunday, 14th June 2020. · Organizers: The Contest is organized and managed by Portes Sdn Bhd and will be conducted on the following Terms and Conditions:

· Eligibility: This Contest is open to Malaysian Residents aged 18 years and above with a Malaysian address and holds a Facebook account. There will be no participation fee payable by the participants for this contest.

· To enter the Contest, participants are required to LIKE and SHARE Guardian Malaysia’s post on Facebook, ANSWER the blank: "I would like to try SPLAT’s NEW Sensitive White because___________." creatively in the comment box and TAG 3 friends. 20 winners will receive a SPLAT Sensitive White Toothpaste each. · SPLAT Malaysia will not be responsible for entries that are late, misdirected or undelivered. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. SPLAT Malaysia will also not be responsible for any technical errors in Internet access, telecommunications networks or any preventions of entry to the contest. · 20 winners will be selected for the most creative answers and each winner is eligible for only 1 prize set for the contest. · The decision of the judges is final. · The prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable. · The prize will be subjected to any additional terms and conditions of SPLAT Malaysia and SPLAT Malaysia reserves the right to amend the prize, in the event of any. · SPLAT Malaysia will not be liable to the winners for any loss, damage or personal injury in the process of joining the contest. SPLAT Malaysia will also not be liable for any failure or delay in its obligations to the winners that are caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. · Participants may be required to participate publicly without further consent or payment. Participants’ name and entry details provided which may be used by SPLAT Malaysia in any and all media. · SPLAT Malaysia reserves the right to make any amendments to the terms and conditions at any time. In the event of this, a notice will be posted and announced on SPLAT Malaysia’s Facebook/Instagram page. · Participants’ personal details collected by SPLAT Malaysia will be kept private and confidential. · Winners will be announced within one week after the closing date of the contest and winners will be contacted via Facebook or email to arrange for the collection of prizes. · Delivery or collection of prizes are subjected to 2 weeks - 1 month of processing time. · If the winner is uncontactable or does not respond within a week from the date the notification was sent or contact was attempted, SPLAT Malaysia reserves the right to select an alternative winner. · In the situation that a winner is unable to collect his/her prize personally, the winner may nominate a representative to collect the prize. However, the winner is required to notify and gain permission from the Organiser prior to nominating a representative.
