Terms and conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to Guardian clients 18 years of age or older (as of date of entry) who are legal residents of Malaysia. The employees of Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Ego Pharmaceuticals”), Guardian Health And Beauty Sdn Bhd, their respective affiliates and advertising agencies, dealers, distributors, vendors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this contest. Parental consent would deem to have been sought and given for participation in this contest by any participant under 21 years of age.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The QV Spend & Win Contest period will be from 4th Dec 2020 – 03rd Jan 2021.

3. CONTEST MECHANICS

Participants must purchase a minimum of RM80 of QV products, WhatsApp the photo of the receipt to 0178718440 together with their full name (as per IC).

4. JUDGES DECISION

There will be 10 winners selected for the contest. The winning entry will be picked according to amount spent. The decision of Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd on all matters relating to this contest is final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained. Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace prizes with any other items of similar value without giving prior notice. Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason. Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to vary or amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.

5. PRIZES

QV hamper worth RM700 will be given to 10 lucky winners. The prizes will be mailed out to the winners of the contest at the earliest convenience. Date of arrival of prize may vary depending on the winner’s location and the postage service provider.

6. CONTEST RULES

Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Winners will be informed on the details via Facebook for the prize details after the winners are announced.

7. NOTIFYING OF WINNERS

Winners will be announced on Guardian Facebook page and notified via inbox/direct messaging after the contest is over. All winners are required to provide their full name, contact number, email address and valid mailing address. Winners who do not respond will be forfeited. In the event that any entrant is disqualified or forfeited, Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd may decide whether a replacement entrant should be selected.

8. PRIVACY DATA COLLECTION

By posting an entry, participants may be contacted to provide their personal information for purpose of prize collection if their entry is selected. By participating in the contest, participants agree to have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this contest and decision of Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Any personal information submitted may be used for the purpose of the publicity of the contest. By submitting an entry to this contest, participants consent to the collection, disclosure and use of their entry by Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd for the purpose of the overall management and activation of this contest. Participants further agree that Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd has the right to make any changes, adaptation, or modifications to the entry relevant and suitable for the contest. Participants release and discharge Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd against all claims which they may have or which may arise out of the rights granted to Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd in relation to this contest. All entries become the property of Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including any still photography from the submission of entry, poses and likeness for promotional, publicity and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd respects the privacy of every individual who participate to the contest.

9. AMENDMENT

Guardian Health And Beauty Sdn Bhd reserves the right to vary, delete or to add these terms and conditions at any time in its absolute discretion without prior notice to any other person.

10. SPONSOR

Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd sponsors the contest, with the Malaysia office located at 1-6 Block A, Jaya One, No 72A, Jalan Universiti, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. Participants understand that they are providing their information to Guardian Health And Beauty Sdn Bhd and Ego Pharm Malaysia Sdn Bhd, not to Facebook.
