Introduction:

This exchange program is organised and managed by Tohtonku Sdn. Bhd. (also named as “the Organiser”) and will be conducted on the following Terms and Conditions:

This exchange program is governed by the terms and conditions (including any amendments made thereto by Organiser from time to time) herein contained (“Terms and Conditions”). By participating in the activity, it shall be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

Please do not proceed with the participation of the activity if you do not accept any of the Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility:

To participate in the activity, the participant must,

1. be legal resident of Malaysia;

2. hold a valid identification card;

The following persons are not eligible to take part in the Contest:

1. Permanent and/or contract employees of Tohtonku Sdn. Bhd. and/or their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters);

2. Permanent and/or contract employees of Guardian Malaysia and/or their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters);

3. Advertising & promotion agents and vendors who are directly involved with this exchange program.

Activity Period:

The exchange program is on 27th February 2021 (“Exchange Program Period”).

Any other days that participants come into stores are not qualified for the exchange program.

Steps to Participate:

• The program will be announced on Nutox Malaysia and Guardian Malaysia Facebook page.

• Participant should:

1. Bring 1 unit of any brands’ serum/essence/ampoule/elixir bottle (except NUTOX brand) to the participating Guardian outlets between 12pm to 8pm on 27th February 2021.
