K-PALETTE Malaysia ‘Exclusive Waterproof Set

· By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these rules.

· Contest Period: K-PALETTE Malaysia ‘Exclusive Waterproof Set’ Contest shall commence from Friday, 25th Sept 2020 and will end on 11.59pm, Friday 2nd Oct 2020.

· Organizers: The Contest is organized and managed by K-PALETTE Malaysia and will be conducted on the following Terms and Conditions:

· Eligibility: This Contest is open to Malaysian Residents females aged 18 years and above with a Malaysian address and holds a Facebook account. There will be no participation fee payable by the participants for this contest.

· To enter the Contest, participants are required to LIKE K-PALETTE Malaysia’s Facebook https://www.facebook.com/KPaletteMy/ and GUARDIAN Malaysia’s Facebook https://www.facebook.com/Guardianmy/ , NAME 2 features of the K-PALETTE products mentioned in the comment box and TAG 3 friends. 5 winners will receive a gift set each.

· K-PALETTE Malaysia will not be responsible for entries that are late, misdirected or undelivered. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. K-PALETTE Malaysia will also not be responsible for any technical errors in Internet access, telecommunications networks or any preventions of entry to the contest.

· 5 winners will be selected randomly with the correct answers and each winner is eligible for only 1 prize set for the contest.

· The decision of the judges is final.

· The prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.

· The prize will be subjected to any additional terms and conditions of K-PALETTE Malaysia and K-PALETTE Malaysia reserves the right to amend the prize, in the event of any.

· K-PALETTE Malaysia will not be liable to the winners for any loss, damage or personal injury in the process of joining the contest. K-PALETTE Malaysia will also not be liable for any failure or delay in its obligations to the winners that are caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

· Participants may be required to participate publicly without further consent or payment. Participants’ name and entry details provided which may be used by K-PALETTE Malaysia in any and all media.

· K-PALETTE Malaysia reserves the right to make any amendments to the terms and conditions at any time. In the event of this, a notice will be posted and announced on Guardian Facebook.

· Participants’ personal details collected by Guardian Malaysia will be kept private and confidential.

· Winners will be announced within one week after the closing date of the contest and winners will be contacted via Facebook or email to arrange for the collection of prizes.

· Delivery or collection of prizes are subjected to 2 weeks - 1 month of processing time.

· If the winner is uncontactable or does not respond within a week from the date the notification was sent or contact was attempted, K-PALETTE Malaysia reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

· In the situation that a winner is unable to collect his/her prize personally, the winner may nominate a representative to collect the prize. However, the winner is required to notify and gain permission from the Organizer prior to nominating a representative.
