Hada Labo V-Lift Perfect Gel Giveaway 2019 (the “Giveaway”)
1. The Giveaway is organized and managed by Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn. Bhd (also named as “the Organizer”) and will be conducted on the following Term and Conditions:
2. By engaging in this promotion, participant(s) is agreed to be bound by these rules.
3. The “Giveaway period”: Friday, 19th June 2020 (Time: 10.00am) until Friday, 26th June 2020 (Time: 11.59pm).
4. Eligibility: This contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years old and above only, with valid National Registration Identity Card.
5. To enter the Giveaway, participants have to answer the question correctly in the comment section below the posting. Entry must be within the Giveaway period.
6. Ten (10) lucky winners will be chosen during the Giveaway Period.
7. Each winner is entitled to win one (1) HADA LABO V-LIFT PERFECT GEL, variant to be determined by The Organizer.
8. All of the Organizer’s decisions in connection with the Giveaway shall be final, conclusive and binding. All consumer shall agree to abide by the Organizer’s decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this Giveaway.
9. For the avoidance of doubt, consumer agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by the Organizer in connection with this contest.
10. Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn. Bhd will not be liable to the winners for any loss, damage or personal injury in the process of engaging in this Giveaway.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the rules of the Giveaway without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either on their official social media pages or in the Terms and Conditions.
