Terms & Conditions
By participating in this contest, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Guess & Win contest ends at the stipulated Malaysian time in the copy of the post at the end of each round of the contest.
2. This contest mechanics is explicitly stated in the copy of the contest post. Only winners with the correct match prediction based on the official score published will receive a prize.
3. This contest is only open to male and female Malaysian citizens aged 13 and above who have a valid address in Malaysia and an authentic Facebook account. Entries via fake Facebook accounts built for the purpose of the contest only will automatically be disqualified.
4. Participants are not required to pay any fee for this contest.
To enter the Giveaway, the Participants must:
1. Step 1: LIKE Guardian Malaysia & the official DASHING Malaysia’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Dashing.MY/
2. Tag 3 friends in the comment section during the Contest Period.
3. In the comments section below, write down your correct answer.
· For the avoidance of doubt, each Winner shall win only one (1) Prize.
· This contest has a total of 10 winners.
· Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held liable for any late entries, entries that are not relevant to the theme of the contest, that contain negative or obscene language, that are misleading, not answered in the correct space and non-native participation may be disqualified. Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for technical matters on internet access or for any contest entry barriers.
· To be eligible to win a prize, participants must guess according to the contest mechanics before the stipulated end time. Please refer to the copy of the Facebook post for each contest end time.
· Participants are only allowed to predict once for this contest. Any edits made to the answers after the stipulated end time for predictions will be disqualified.
· Each individual is only eligible to win ONE prize during the contest period.
· The judges' decision is final.
· Any appeal to check the status of entries will not be entertained.
· Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item.
· Prizes are subject to terms & conditions set forth by Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd.
· Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend the prizes if necessary.
· Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable to the winners for any loss, damage, injury or fraud. Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for any failure or delay caused to the winner due to circumstances beyond the control of Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd.
· Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make amendments to these terms & conditions at any time. Following this, a notice will be made and announced on the Guardian Malaysia Facebook Page.
· Should the item get lost or damaged in the transit to the winners, it will not be under the fault of borne responsible by Wipro Unza Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
· Wipro Unza Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to choose not to deliver another replacement to the winner
· Personal details of participants will be kept and not abused by Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
· Winners will be announced within 4 weeks after the closing date of each round. Winners will be announced via the comments section of the contest post on the Guardian Malaysia Facebook page.
· In response, winners are to send a private message to the Guardian Malaysia Facebook inbox with full details as requested.
· If the winner does not send personal details via a private message to the Guardian Malaysia Facebook inbox as instructed in the winners’ announcement, cannot be contacted or does not respond within one week of notification or contact made, Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to select an alternative winner based on the correct answer. If there are no alternative winner based on the correct answer, the prize will be forfeited.
· Wipro Unza (M) Sdn.Bhd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the process of gift delivery.
· Any travel costs and any other costs involved to redeem gifts are borne by the winner.
· By participating in this Contest, participants agree to release Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd., its employees, officers, directors , shareholders , agents ,representatives , and parent company as well as its affiliates , subsidiaries, licensees , advertising agencies and related agencies and legal counsel fromany liability, losses , damages rights, any kind of claims and actions resulting from acceptance , possession, use or misuse of the prize or any prize-related activities taking , without limitation including injury , death ,property damage , and claims based on publicity rights , defamation or invasion of privacy .
· Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. and its parent company, affiliated companies ,subsidiaries, licensees, directors, officers , agents, independent contractors and agencies advertising / promotion related not guarantee , expressed openly or otherwise , in fact or law relating to the use or enjoyment of the prize including limits without limitation, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
· Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make the final decision in any disputearises.
· Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Contest at the discretion and unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
· Winners will be notified via the phone number provided. Prizes must be collected within the stipulated period stated in the email. Prizes that are not redeemed within the given time frame will be forfeited
· Upon winner announcement, winners have given time frame to PM us their details, failure to do so results in no prizes sent out.
· Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any failure of prizes delivery, hence even if we have tracking numbers and they do not receive, we are not liable.
Intellectual Property Rights
· The Contest Page and Contest and any information available on it including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, diagrams, symbols, icons, images, music, source codes, softwares and trademarks (including the collection, arrangement and compilation of such information), are protected by copyright, design, trade mark and other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to DASHING Malaysia, its licensors or other third parties.
· Save where such usage as expressly permitted by statute, the contestants are not allowed to copy, use, adapt, reproduce, publish, upload, download, post, transmit, broadcast, sell, store in any retrieval system, modify, alter, display in public or distribute in whatsoever manner any contents of the Contest Page or the Contest, whether in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written approval of DASHING Malaysia. When expressly permitted by statute, the contestants may download materials displayed on the Contest Page or Contest for non-commercial, personal use only as long as the contestants keep all copyright, trade mark and other proprietary notices intact.
· All submission made by the contestants are original work of the contestants or the copyright has been licensed to the contestants and the posting of the comments do not and will not infringe the copyright or any intellectual property right of any party. Each contestant shall indemnify and keep DASHING Malaysia indemnified against all losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs, expenses, claims, actions and/or proceedings that DASHING Malaysia may incur and/or suffer as a result of the contestant’s breach of this provision.
Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”):
· By participating in this contest, all contestants consent to allow DASHING Malaysia to process and disclose to any third party, all personal data of the contestants provided by the contestants pursuant to this contest for any and all purposes relating to this Contest and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of DASHING Malaysia including, without limitation for the running of this contest and or any event or publicity of the contest in any form or through any media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
· The contestants acknowledge that DASHING Malaysia is authorized to process the personal data provided pursuant to this.
· DASHING Malaysia reserves the right to change, suspend or alter the terms and conditions of the contest, or terminate the contest, at any time and for any reason.
· DASHING Malaysia’s decisions on all matters relating to this contest are final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained
