Terms & Conditions

Organizer, Duration & Eligibility

1. Guardian x Colgate Total GrabFood evoucher Redemption Programme Aug 2020

[ “Redemption” ] is organized by Colgate-Palmolive Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (165147-W)

["Organizer"] commencing on 4 August 2020 to 31 August 2020 [ "Redemption Period" ]. The

Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions or Redemption Periods at any

time. All redemption entries must reach the Organizer on or before 31 August 2020.

2. This Redemption Program is open to all Malaysian citizens and non-Malaysian citizens

holding Malaysia, except employees of the Organizer and its advertising agencies,

promotions, events and their public relations, as well as their immediate family members

["Participant"].

3. Participant is eligible to participate in the Redemption Program with the purchase of RM 20

worth of Colgate products in a single original receipt in any Guardian pharmacy by showing

the invoice number ["Proof of Purchase"] during the Redemption Period. The original receipt

indicating date of purchase from 4 August 2020 until 31 August 2020 must be retained by

Participant for verification and as Proof of Purchase.

4. Participants are entitled to receive a RM5 GrabFood e-voucher with purchase of RM 20

worth of Colgate products in a single original receipt in any Guardian pharmacy during the

Redemption Period.

5. This Redemption Program is limited to 200 redemptions only (while-stocks-last).

7. Participants can redeem the E-voucher with the following steps:

Via WhatsApp or Whoop app: -

a. Participants must have purchased at a participating Guardian outlet.

b. Take a clear picture of original receipt by showing the invoice number[“Proof of

Purchase”] with caption <NAME> and WhatsApp it to + 6011 1012 2989

Example: SITI FATIMAH

c. Every entry must be attached with an original receipt by showing the invoice

number ["Proof of Purchase"] of Colgate products.

d. A confirmation message will be sent to Participant confirming that he/she will

receive an E-voucher via WhatsApp within 1 - 2 weeks from the WhatsApp

submission date. Please ensure that all details are accurate in order to proceed

with redemption.

e. All E-vouchers received by Participants must be used before its expiry date. The

Organizer / or TEALIVE will not entertain any claim by Participant with expired

E-voucher.

8. One (1) receipt is valid for one (1) redemption only.

9. Redemption through WhatsApp with incomplete details, late, without proof of purchase or

containing the wrong purchase of products will not be accepted.

10. If the E-voucher could not be delivered to Participant due to incorrect details provided, the

redemption is considered void.

11. The Participant shall be fully liable in the event of any injury, damage or loss as a result of

participating in the Redemption Program, or at the time of redemption and / or use of their

E-voucher.

Responsibilities & Rights of the Organizer

1. By participating in this Redemption Program, Participants agree to be bound by the

Redemption Program’s Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Organizer is final. Any letters,

enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action

will be taken against the Organizer.

2. By participating in this Redemption Program, Participants give permission to the Organizer

and/or any third party agent elected by Organizer ["Agency"] to process Participants' personal

data, which is provided through the Redemption Program entries.

3. The Organizer and/or its agent shall take necessary precautions to ensure that Participants'

personal data is protected.

4. Value and quantity of vouchers are accurate at the time of printing. The Organizer reserves

the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute

discretion without prior notice.

Personal Data Protection Act 2010

Notice under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ( "PDPA" ) to consumers of

Colgate-Palmolive (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Colgate-Palmolive Marketing Sdn. Bhd.

Dear Consumers,

Under the PDPA, there are various requirements that regulate the processing of your personal

data as a participant ["Participant"]. It informs the Individual of your rights under the PDPA,

including actions Individuals may take to exercise such rights and its consequences, and in

particular:-

(a) That we ["Organizer"] collect Participant's personal data directly from the Redemption

Program entry;

(b) Participant’s personal data is collected for the “ Guardian x Colgate Total GrabFood

evoucher Redemption Programme - Aug 2020 ” [ “Redemption” ];

(c) Participant has the right to access and correct his/her personal data once given;

(d) Participant's personal data is disclosed to an elected Agency for processing;

(e) The personal data requested from Individual will only be used for the Redemption

Program;

(f) The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the

participation void;

(g) Participant’s personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and if there

are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organizer;

and

(h) If participant wishes to make enquiries or give feedback, please contact +6011 1012

2989 on Mondays to Fridays, from 10.00am to 5.00pm (except for state / public

holidays).

Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010

Notis Di Bawah Seksyen 7 Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (“PDPA”) kepada pengguna

Colgate-Palmolive (M) Sdn Bhd dan Colgate-Palmolive Marketing Sdn Bhd.

Pengguna yang dihormati,

Di bawah PDPA, terdapat beberapa syarat yang mengawal pemprosesan data peribadi

anda sebagai individu (“Individu”). Ia memaklumkan Individu tentang hak-hak anda di

bawah PDPA, termasuk tindakan yang boleh diambil oleh Individu untuk melaksanakan

hak-hak tersebut dan akibatnya, dan secara khususnya:-

(a) Bahawa kami [“Penganjur”] mengumpul data peribadi daripada penyertaan anda;

(b) Data peribadi Individu dikumpul untuk Guardian x Colgate Total GrabFood evoucher

Redemption Programme - Aug 2020 [ “Penebusan” ];

(c) Individu mempunyai hak untuk mengakses dan membetulkan data peribadi anda;

(d) Data peribadi Individu akan dikongsi dengan Agensi yang dilantik untuk tujuan

pemprosesan;

(e) Data peribadi Individu akan diguna untuk tujuan Peraduan sahaja;

(f) Data peribadi yang diminta adalah wajib, dan jika maklumat yang diberikan tidak

lengkap, penyertaan Individu tidak akan diterima;

(g) Sekiranya Individu telah disahkan sebagai Pemenang, sebarang perubahan kepada

data peribadi individu harus dimaklumkan kepada Penganjur; dan

Sekiranya Individu mempunyai pertanyaan atau ingin memberi maklum balas, anda boleh

berhubung dengan kami melalui talian +6011 1012 2989 dari Isnin hingga Jumaat, dari pukul

10.00 pagi sehingga pukul 5.00 petang (kecuali cuti negeri atau cuti umum).
