1. This promotion is valid with any purchase of ONE (1) OPTI-FREE® Puremoist® 300ml solution at participating Guardian outlets between 17 July 2023 - 17 September 2023.
2. This promotion entitles you to a free fitting session of ONE (1) pair of TOTAL30™ trial lens. Each store has a redemption limit of FIFTY (50) pairs of TOTAL30™ trial lens, while stock last.
3. You are to present your proof of purchase of ONE (1) OPTI-FREE® Puremoist® 300ml solution in the form of a Guardian receipt. Do note that eye exam may be required. Professional fees may apply.
4. This redemption of a free fitting session is limited to only ONE (1) pair per consumer, regardless of how many bottles of OPTI-FREE® Puremoist® 300ml bought.
5. This promotion is applicable for end consumers only. This promotion is not applicable for re-sellers, sales intermediaries, distributors or their representatives.
6. Alcon Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to request for evidence of the original receipt (proof of purchase) hardcopy for verification and prize redemption. Failure to produce the hard copy of the receipt (proof of purchase) upon request will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.
