DBS x Guardian Cross-Border Campaign 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. ORGANISER AND ELIGIBILITY

   
   

   The DBS x Guardian Cross-Border Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn. Bhd. (“the Organizer”) in collaboration with DBS Bank Ltd. The Campaign is open to Singaporean residents who are DBS or POSB Mastercard Credit/Debit cardholders.

   
   

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

   
   

   The Campaign will run from 9 May 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”), or until 5,000 redemptions are fully utilized, whichever comes first. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period without prior notice.

   
   

3. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS

To enjoy RM25 off:

·       Customers must make a minimum nett spend of RM150 in a single receipt at participating Guardian stores in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

·       Payment must be made using a DBS or POSB Mastercard Credit/Debit card.

·       Barcode coupon (“Coupon DBS RM25 Off”) must be scanned at checkout for the discount to apply.

·       Redemptions are limited to the first 5,000 transactions, on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. REDEMPTION TERMS

·       The offer is only valid for in-store purchases and not applicable for orders via third-party platforms or Guardian app.

·       Offer is not valid with other discounts, promotions, e-vouchers, e-coupons, privileges, membership rewards, or purchase of gift certificates, unless otherwise stated.

·       Offers and promotions cannot be claimed after a transaction is completed and are valid while stocks last.

·       Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or credit, in full or in part.

·       Offer value and redemptions are stated in local currency (Malaysian Ringgit), unless otherwise stated.

·       Redemption is subject to system validation and store team’s manual identification of eligible cards.

·       Offer is subject to government taxes and service charges, where applicable. Minimum spend requirement excludes such taxes/fees unless otherwise stated.

6.       OTHER CONDITIONS

·       Offers are void where prohibited by law or if unavailable due to any force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, strikes, government regulations, or service disruptions.

·       The Organizer and Mastercard are not responsible for technical issues, transaction errors, delays, or losses that may affect redemption eligibility.

·       Any quality or service issues with the offer must be addressed directly with the participating merchant/store.

·       Mastercard is not an agent of the merchant, and bears no liability for the goods/services provided in connection with the offer.

·       The Organizer and Mastercard reserve the right to amend or withdraw the campaign or its terms at any time without notice.

·       Offers are subject to individual merchant terms and may be modified at their discretion.

·       In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and other marketing materials, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
