CETAPHIL MALAYSIA NEW ULTRA GENTLE BODYWASH GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS - GUARDIAN Terms & Conditions: 1. This Giveaway is open to all residents of Malaysia and expatriates who have a valid Malaysian address. 2. Participants submitting entries must be at least 18 years of age. 3. Participants are required to provide their name, contact number, NRIC number, mailing address, and email address for the prize to be mailed out. 4. Employees of Galderma Malaysia & Guardian Malaysia and its advertising agencies and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join the contest. 5. The contest will run for a week (7 days) from 17th July 2020 to 24th July 2020 from “00:00:00” to “23:59:59” [“the Contest Period:]. After this date, no further entries to the contest will be permitted. 6. A total of ten (10) winners will be selected. 7. The winners shall be notified latest by 31st August 2020. Contest Mechanics: 1. The giveaway will be mentioned through Guardian Malaysia Facebook/Instagram page. 2. How to Join:  Like the post and tag 2 friends. 3. 10 winners will stand a chance to win the New Cetaphil Ultra Gentle Bodywash (500ml). 4. All submissions must be received before 24th July 2020 latest by 23:59:59. Submissions after the above time will be disqualified. 5. The panel of judges comprises of selected members from Galderma Malaysia brand team who will select lucky ten (10) winners. 6. Decision of the panel of judges will be final and binding. 7. All incomplete submissions will also be automatically disqualified. 8. Winners will be notified via Cetaphil Malaysia Facebook/Instagram announcement post and winners will need to give their details to organizer within 48 hours. The Organizer will not be held responsible should there be any error, delay or defect in notification via the direct message/email and/or telephone to the Winners. 9. The Organizer reserves the right to change the winner of the Contest if the winner does not respond within 48 hours after notification. Prizes: 1. A total of ten (10) New Cetaphil Ultra Gentle Bodywash (500ml) 2. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable. 3. A panel of judges from Galderma Malaysia will select the final winners. 4. Galderma Malaysia reserves the right to amend the campaign mechanics and details without prior notice 5. Galderma Malaysia will inform the prize winner in a winner announcement post via Cetaphil Malaysia Facebook/Instagram or direct message through Facebook/Instagram and winner will be required to respond within 48 hours. 6. If the winner does not respond 48 hours, Galderma Malaysia reserves the right to select a new winner with no further reference to the initially selected winner. 7. Galderma Malaysia is not obliged or liable to entertain any requests for unclaimed prizes by contestants after this date regardless that the contestant had not received the written notice informing of the win.
