1. The Giveaway is organized and managed by Guardian Health & Beauty Sdn. Bhd (also named as “the Organizer”) and will be conducted on the following Term and Conditions:
2. By engaging in this promotion, participant(s) is agreed to be bound by these rules.
3. The “Giveaway period”: Monday, 17th March 2020 until Thursday, 31stMarch 2020
4. Eligibility: This contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years old and above only, with valid National Registration Identity Card.
5. To enter the Giveaway, participants have to answer the question correctly in the comment section below the posting. Entry must be within the Giveaway period.
6. Ten (10) lucky winners will be chosen during the Giveaway Period.
7. Each winner is entitled to win one (1) 50 MEGUMI ANTI-HAIR LOSS TREATMENT ESSENCE, to be determined by The Organizer.
8. All of the Organizer’s decisions in connection with the Giveaway shall be final, conclusive and binding. All consumer shall agree to abide by the Organizer’s decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this Giveaway.
9. For the avoidance of doubt, consumer agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by the Organizer in connection with this contest.
